More than just hungry feeders at a wolf kill
Rick, you are one of my heroes! I love your books, and have them all several times. My husband and I have been going to Yellowstone for over 30 years, and every time we renew our sense of wonder. You take us deeper than we can go, and just breathe life into our love of this magical place… it truly restores my soul! We return this June, staying 7 days by the lake, and 7 days in Gardiner. Thanks for letting us live vicariously through you and your writings…
As usual...I end my day with a wonderful teaching about some of my favorite wild ones...and fantastic photos! The paired raven picture is amazing! Thanks so much...looking forward to your next adventure!
What a fun read! As a Wolf and bird lover I found this story entertaining. Thank you Rick for your wonderful writings about Yellowstone!
Love these birds. I always find it interesting to learn about creatures that are probably as smart as humans and maybe even smarter. The whole corvidae family is amazing.
If only those intelligent ravens could warn the wolves of the presence of hunters. That would earn them a meal!
Great essay! Just love those raven, they are so fascinating to watch!
Another great essay, Rick. Thanks again for sharing your research and observations.
Go Ravens! Go wolves! Go Rick!
