Rick, you are one of my heroes! I love your books, and have them all several times. My husband and I have been going to Yellowstone for over 30 years, and every time we renew our sense of wonder. You take us deeper than we can go, and just breathe life into our love of this magical place… it truly restores my soul! We return this June, staying 7 days by the lake, and 7 days in Gardiner. Thanks for letting us live vicariously through you and your writings…

Love these birds. I always find it interesting to learn about creatures that are probably as smart as humans and maybe even smarter. The whole corvidae family is amazing.

Hi Gail. I find learning about intelligent creatures interesting as well. There have been scientific experiments done with ravens that show just how intelligent they are. I may write about this in a future Love the Wild.
