Wonderful, Rick! It’s great to have you back in this familiar venue, but mostly I’m thrilled that you’ve negotiated that rugged landscape of prostate cancer. Keep up the great work!
Thanks, Tom. Reading your comments always warms my heart. I'm looking forward to getting back into the wild again. I'm sure this time will be different, as we now live in Livingston (50 miles north of Yellowstone) rather than in Gardiner at Yellowstone's entrance.
Hey, Michael, thanks for the warm welcome. And thanks too for pledging to support Love the Wild. I appreciate your generosity, but I am not taking any paid subscriptions because I simply don't know if another medical issue will arise and keep me from producing.
Most importantly, I am very happy to have followed your journey and your return to good health. We never know what's around the next turn, but with the right mindset we have the best shot at meeting any adversity. Congrats on that! I am also very happy that you will return to Love the Wild. The wilds anywhere, but particularly of the Yellowstone area, have healed me physically, mentally and emotionally. I am me again, after quite some time of losing myself in a crazy world. It's taken a few years. Your words and attitude, along with your amazing wife, inspire me to be better. Thank you! Can't wait for the next "first installment." 😎
Thanks, Julia, for your inspiring words. I agree that "with the right mindset, we have the best shot at meeting any adversity." I am glad that you are feeling like you again. All the best to you.
